Ramashary Pharma Machinery Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO & GMP certified company that provides Liquid / Sugar Syrup Manufacturing Plant where the syrup preparation vessel comes with a glasswool insulation.
Once the viscosity or the consistency of the product is achieved, the final product is transferred to the storage tank using a Filter Press unit, this unit helps to filter the final product from any slurry or contamination and at the same time it transfers the product in the storage tank using the Inter-connecting pipeline between the tank.
At Ramashary , our Sugar Syrup Manufacturing Plant is suitable for oral liquids and oral suspensions. The syrup preparation vessel has a mineral wool installation and a double jacket for maintaining a higher temperature inside. Thus, humans hardly come into contact with the liquid, which ensures hygiene. The final product is stored in the storage vessel and taken out through the Liquid Transfer Pump.

The cake developed between the horizontal plates can be removed manually and reused when the chambers are full.
