Double Cone Blender
Ramashary Pharma Machinery Pvt. Ltd. offer a double cone blender machine consisting of two truncated cones, whose top and bottom are cut off. The cones are joined by a cylindrical section. It gets closed tightly due to the tight closing lid at one end and a discharge butterfly valve at the other end to avoid reverse overflow. The working capacity of this blender is 60% of the total volume.
The double cone blender is suitable for mixing elements with similar density and size. Moreover, they should not have lumping properties, which means they should not be indivisible. Meanwhile, the baffles offer smooth mixing by reducing the swirling in the mixture.
Key Features
- Better for producing a mixture of homogeneous dry powders, mixing small pellets, low-density pharmaceutical crystal products, lubricating granules and gentle blending.
- The structure consists of two 'A'-shaped heavy-duty supports due to the rigid construction.
Blender’s Capacity: 10 L to 6,000 L.
