Conventional Coating Pan

Conventional Coating Pan

As the name implies, the Conventional Coating Pan is used for coating a film or sugar on a food product, a pharmaceutical-grade tablet and related materials. The product coating is done by blowing hot and cold air. However, the heating system works in line with the air-blow system for safer operations.
The cluster of tablets is put into the slightly tilted coating pan, which is also filled with the coating solution. The electric engine rotates the pan, and the tablets tumble upon each other and the solution for a predefined time to ensure uniform coating.
