The staff members or operators evenly spread the material to be dried on the trays, and they load the trays into the dryer. An operator increases the tray dryer temperature and lets the material get heated for some time. However, the operator must set a timer according to the temperature requirement of the material and periodically check for remaining moisture.
The material can be unloaded after it has dried enough. The staff members can check the quantity of moisture in the material by comparing the weight of the material before and after drying or using the moisture metre. Finally, they should clean the tray before drying another material.
