'V' Blender
A couple of hollow cylindrical shells are joined together to a maximum of 90 degrees to create a ‘V’ shape in the V Blender machine. The upper two ends are fitted with tight closing lids, while the lower end is closed with the butterfly valve to regulate the flow.
The working capacity of the V Blender design is 50% of its total volume, and it is made of stainless steel (SS) 316q. According to the V Blender working principle, the substances in the machine mix through tumbling to produce a perfect blend in the minimum time, leaving no isolated particles. It is an advantage over horizontal blenders.
