Sugar Syrup Plant
It consists of three vessels, Sugar Melting Vessel, Manufacturing Vessel & Product Storage Vessel.
At Ramashary, Our Liquid / Sugar Syrup Manufacturing Plant.
The Syrup preparation vessel has a glasswool Insulation.
Process: The sugar gets heated in the Sugar Melting Tank and then it is Transferred to the manufacturing tank via Basket filter, the sugar gets filtered and transferred with the help of a Basket Filter.
The material received in the Manufacturing tank is mixed with the help of a bottom stirrer homogeniser, the outlet of the manufacturing tank is connected to the In-Line Homogeniser for re- circulation of the product into the same tank for achieving the consistency or viscosity of the product.
Once the viscosity or the consistency of the product is achieved, the final product is transferred to the storage tank using a Filter Press unit, this unit helps to filter the final product from any slurry or contamination and at the same time it transfers the product in the storage tank using the Inter-connecting pipeline between the tank.
At Ramashary, our Sugar Syrup Manufacturing Plant is suitable for oral liquids and oral suspensions. The syrup preparation vessel has a mineral wool installation and a double jacket for maintaining a higher temperature inside. Thus, humans hardly come into contact with the liquid, which ensures hygiene. The final product is stored in the storage vessel and taken out through the Liquid Transfer Pump.

Collodial Mill
The Colloidal Mill working method mentions the processing of liquids using high-level hydraulic shear. Whether the solid particle or droplet is in a suspension or in liquid, our Colloidal Mill helps reduce the particle or droplet size. Thus, the final suspensions and liquids turn out to be more stabilised.
The Colloidal Mill working principle follows rotor-stator standards. The product goes through rigorous rubbing, cutting and shearing between the rotor and the stator. The final liquid product can be even of the micron size due to the rotor rotating at the maximum speed of 2800 rpm.

Zero Hold Up Filter Press
The working principle of filter press is solid-liquid separation to send the filtrate for further packaging, processing, or delivery. Meanwhile, the Zero Hold Up Filter Press is made of high-quality stainless steel for filtering high-value liquids.
The bottom inlet provides high pressure to the central part of the press, where the liquid is fed. The filter cloth collects the solids while the liquid escapes through the outlets.
